Starting to reserve spots for Thanksgiving turkey cooking over a fire!
We have a 30 bird max space so reserve now!! Turkeys will be cooked under a roof regardless of weather.
A number will be given to each turkey that will remain on it until fully cooked and that’s how we identify your bird. They will be cooked at a Sharpsville residence.
Requirements are: You buy a 13-15 lbs turkey, drop off your THAWED turkey in a cooler with name and number on it Wednesday night before Thanksgiving day (details of drop off will be given at a later date), Turkey will be done by 12pm-1pm Thanksgiving Day! Will be wrapped in aluminum foil provided by us and placed in your cooler. You will be notified when your turkey is being pulled off the spit and you are responsible to getting here asap to retrieve your turkey.
**We season turkeys with our own blend. You may season your own, but must put on cooler that it is already seasoned.
***We are not responsible for how the turkey turns out if you drop off a frozen bird or a bird over/under the requirement weight. Reserve multiple bird spots if need more poundage. All birds go on together and off together.
